Fishing

Whether you are a hard-core muskie angler or parent taking the kids out for their first fishing adventure, the Eagle River area in Northern Wisconsin remains a premier Midwest fishing destination. At Wild Eagle Lodge, you will have access to the largest chain of inland lakes in the world — the Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes.

These waters are home to muskellunge, walleye, perch, small-mouth and large-mouth bass, sauger, northern pike and a variety of panfish such as crappie, pumpkinseed and bluegill.

There are many experienced guides in the area to help you catch the fish you seek. Or simply launch a boat, stroll along the shoreline or, in winter, explore a frozen lake in search of an ice-fishing hot spot. Also, don't forget to check out our fishing packages.
