By submitting an online application to the Wild Eagle Lodge you(the applicant) agree to the following:

1. The applicant authorizes investigation of all statements contained in the application
2. The applicant understands that any misrepresentation or omission of facts called for is cause for dismissal and that my employment is substantially dependent on truthful answers to the forgoing inquiries
3. The applicant herby authorizes the Wild Eagle Lodge to obtain pre-employment screening information. The Wild Eagle Lodge agrees to keep the contents of the report confidential unless required to release the information by order of court or other legal requirement.
4. The applicant hereby releases the Wild Eagle Lodge and their heirs, agents or assigns from any and all liability now or at any future time connected with obtaining this information
